Profile
Hello, I'm Lois Wynter-Hinchliffe, an Interior and Spatial Designer based in London, working across architecture, interiors, branding and visual storytelling.
I graduated in June 2026 with a First Class Honours in BA Interior & Spatial Design from the University of the Arts London, where my work explored the relationship between architecture, culture and the social impact of the built environment. During my studies, I also completed a semester abroad at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, gaining international experience in fashion, visual and presentation design.
Alongside my academic practice, I have built professional experience across architecture, lighting, branding and communications. I completed an internship with Studio 29 Lighting, contributing to the live redevelopment of 63 New Bond Street, Mayfair for Lazari Investments & Enterprises, working alongside architects from Foster + Partners. My role included architectural visualisation, lighting design development and coordinating with manufacturers to support project delivery.
My professional experience also includes working across branding, marketing and sales for two Harley Street businesses, alongside architectural experience with Piercy & Company and creative work through BelEve, where I contributed to projects with global brands including L'Oréal and TikTok.
Beyond architecture, I have contributed to public engagement and civic design through Citizens UK, designing banners and campaign materials for both the 2024 London Mayoral Election and the 2024 UK General Election. These experiences strengthened my interest in using design as a tool for communication, participation and social impact.
My artistic practice began at an early age, leading to exhibitions at both the Royal College of Art and the Royal Academy of Arts at the age of eighteen. Today, my work continues to bridge architecture, branding and fine art, combining technical design thinking with a strong visual identity to create thoughtful, engaging and meaningful experiences.
